Fast Local Delivery From Overseas Warehouse

At Puffora VIP, we work to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We are building and using overseas warehouse fulfilment to make delivery faster for European customers.

For supported countries and available stock, orders can usually be delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

This is one of our main service advantages: customers can order online, pay by Cash on Delivery, and receive the parcel quickly from local or regional fulfilment channels.

Order Processing

Orders are usually reviewed and processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or stock checks, processing may take slightly longer.

Because our products are age-restricted items, we may contact you to confirm your order details, delivery information, or age eligibility before dispatch.

Shipping Area

We ship to selected European regions where our products can be delivered by our logistics partners. Our key delivery areas include Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Slovakia, and Slovenia, together with other supported European regions.

Some areas may not be available for delivery due to local restrictions, courier limitations, or address coverage. If your address cannot be served, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 3-5 business days after dispatch for supported areas with available overseas warehouse stock.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may happen because of remote addresses, local courier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address details, failed phone contact, or high parcel volume.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure your phone number and address are correct. The courier may contact you before delivery.

Please prepare the payment amount when the parcel arrives. If the courier cannot reach you or the parcel is refused without a valid reason, future orders may be limited or cancelled.

Delivery Fee and EU Customs Adjustment

For eligible European delivery areas, the delivery charge is currently EUR 10 per order.

  • EUR 7 courier delivery fee
  • EUR 3 EU customs adjustment

The EUR 3 adjustment is related to the EU small-parcel customs reform and customs duty changes. It is not an extra profit charge from us. We show this clearly at checkout so customers understand the delivery cost before placing an order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including full name, phone number, street address, city, postal code, and country.

We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, we may send it by email, SMS, or order update. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the parcel is dispatched.

Delivery Coverage Notice

Some remote areas, islands, restricted zones, or addresses outside courier coverage may require extra time or may not be available for delivery. If your address cannot be served, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Age-Restricted Delivery

Our products are intended only for adults of legal smoking or vaping age in your location. The courier or delivery partner may request age confirmation where required.
