Puffora VIP supports Cash on Delivery for eligible orders and delivery areas.

What Is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery means you place the order online and pay when the parcel arrives. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

How It Works

  1. Choose your product and place your order.
  2. Enter accurate contact and delivery information.
  3. We review and process your order.
  4. The courier delivers the parcel to your address.
  5. You pay the courier when you receive the parcel.

Important Notes

Please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable. The courier may contact you before delivery.

Please prepare the correct payment amount when the parcel arrives.

If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery according to local delivery rules.

Failed or Refused Delivery

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused, not collected, or cannot be delivered because of incorrect contact details, we may restrict future Cash on Delivery orders.

Order Confirmation

For some orders, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm the order details. If we cannot confirm the order, dispatch may be delayed or cancelled.

Online Payment

At this time, our main payment method is Cash on Delivery. If additional payment methods become available, they will be shown during checkout.

Security Reminder

Only pay the courier when receiving your parcel. If you receive suspicious payment requests outside the normal delivery process, please contact us before paying.
